Cats know that the European emperors seek a way to legitimate their dictatorship in Europe. When they brought up the EU constitution for the first time, they thought, they could brainwash all the people so that the majority would vote for the dictatorship constitution. Humans in France and the Netherlands have shown them, that they maybe could lie to all the people for some time and that they maybe could lie to some people for all the time, but they couldn’t brainwash all the people to believe their lies all the time.

So when the emporors brought up the EU dictatory constitution for a second time, they knew why better not to ask the people. They named the constitution treaty of Lisbon and planned not to ask the people at all. Just the Irish politicians said, they will hold a referendum about the new constitution, but that would not be a problem at all. So now the last hope for Europe to get rid of the dictatorship constitution is that the Irish people to vote with No to the treaty of Lisbon.
