The people from the German hip hop band “Die Bandbreite” have got some troubles recently for questioning 9/11 with a song called: Have you maybe done that yourself? Here is a video with English subtitles:
Needless to say, that the mass media boycotts this. And the band is even harassed in a way, that people noone ever heard of before ask now event manager to cancel gigs. In the row of blind hate are also allegations that this song was called “antisemitic” by these people. You may build up your own opinion. Israel or jews in any form were not topic of the song, not mentioned and not thought about at all.
This song just asks, if the official 9/11 story might be an inside job like “Nurse Nayirah” was a PR joke.
Postscript: Please find here the complete lyrics of this song including an English translation.
Marcel Bartels has officially sent the following petition to the Petitions Committee of German Parliament today:
The German Government and the German Parliament shall ask the government of the United States of America to proceed further investigations regarding the attacks of 9/11.
Reasons: (more…)
The leader of German Social Democratic Party, Kurt Beck, just was in Afghanistan for things like attending a foundation stone ceremony for a girls secondary school in Kunduz and talking with Afghan president Hamid Karzai. Just being home Kurt Beck came up with a surprising proposition. Kurt Beck suggests to organize a conference in Germany for talks on the future of Afghanistan and invite taliban leaders to that conference. You have got it right, the leader of the governing party SPD suggests to negociate with talibans on peace in Afghanistan.
In January Bavarian conservative politician Gabriele Pauli tackled Bavarian’s chief of government Edmund Stoiber for trying to obtain “information about lovers and alcohol consumption” and successfully forced him not to candidate for re-election in 2008. This way up she became by far the most prominent female politician of Bavarian conservative party CSU. Now her faith has changed and she is in the news for a “panty-affair”.
Some people in the USA might wonder, that German blogs dealing with US politics are friends like these. Some people in the USA might even assume, that these self-claimed friends of America in favour of Bush and Cheney represent somewhat like the majority of German opinions in the German blog world. However, if so, that assumption would be completely wrong. For most Germans these people in support of Bush and Cheney look about as strange as if they would have been coming with a direct flight from Mars.
The press chamber of the German court “Landgericht Berlin” presided by jugde Michael Mauck has in several sentences forbidden the German author Roman Grafe and several major German newspapers to publish the name of a polit officer serving in German Democratic Republics border troops. A polit officer’s responsibility at the border troops was giving soldiers political instruction and propaganda in favour of soviet style communism.
Yesterday The German war resisters organization Connection e.V. and Military Counseling Network noted in a press release, US army medic Agustín Aguayo has to spent eight months in prison for refusing to participate any further in the illegal and immoral war of the US government against the population of the Iraq.
German blogger Fastix was last week imprisoned on his way fighting for his website rotglut.org. His site was a unique pool of information about some German lawyers and their customers. Many honest German humans highly value the publicly available results of Fastix investigations on these lawyers and their customers.
My honest believe as a cat is, that the facts published on rotglut.org were valuable background information in criminal proceedings against one of these German lawyers and will play an important role in criminal proceedings against another German lawyer.
Now the website rotglut.org has gone. As Fastix is imprisoned, it is not clear, whether he was able to save a backup of his site. Congratulations to the German lawyers, which probably managed to shut this site down. Jurisdical harassment with cease and desist letters does a perfect job of censorship in Germany. The victims go to jail and criminal jurists open a bottle on that.
But beware of the cats! Fastix rotglut.org pages are still available in Google and can be catched from cache world wide. Maybe a cat will download the contents from rotglut.org from Google cache, so that this unique documentation on unfair practices of these lawyers and their clients won’t get lost?
To whom it may concern
At the announcement for German re-elections I took words of Franz Muentefering literally, became member of the political party SPD and have played a part in political discussions under my real name. In the meantime, the words of Franz Muentefering, with which he persuaded me to join and to engage myself for re-election of Gerhard Schroeder, appear to me as well as dissimulation as the suggestion of Brigitte Zypries to cut costs for cease and desist letters appears to me like nothing else than a smoke grenade thrown out for nothing else than the deception of the public.
Due to the experiences with my website I came to the belief, that public dedication is desired only by German politicians, as sneaks parrot the horseplay of the mass media, which are controlled by themselves. As well I am convinced in the meantime, that the publicly noticed expression of opinion is not desired by many politicians and judges standing close to them, but will be fought forcefully and crafty by them as danger of the discovery of their own crimes and other misbehaviour.
My constitutional right of the freedom of expression in Germany is obviously not worth the paper where it is printed on. It is forseeable, that I would be - by the misuse of courts - financially ruined or even imprisoned if I would continue to publish my opinion or the results of my investigations under my own name.
In the last days I was harassed with four possibly expensive cease and desist letters. The regional court of Hamburg confirmed, that I am oblieged to pay more than 500 Euro “lawyers expenses” for a cease and desist order, which dictates me not to publish a cease and desist letter from a certain lawyer. After this, I now plan not to publish any further critical articles on my website Mein-Parteibuch.de anymore.
